L&D 1 October: The art & science of profitable hospitality

Venue: Conference Aston, Birmingham
Date: 1 October 2019

Working in conjunction with Adrianne Carter (aka The Face Whisperer) who is an expert in facial analysis and a fully qualified facial coder, this new interactive workshop will change the way you see people, allow you to communicate more effectively, help you to improve customer relationships and find it easier to "up-sell" to guests.

This workshop focuses on how to read the emotions of your guests, better understand their needs and enable you to suggest more suitable options based on that understanding. By developing your rapport building and communications skills and learning effective questioning and active listening techniques, you will be able to use these skills more effectively, allowing you to enhance the experience of your guests and at the same time increase spend/revenue per guest in your business.
