Academic Venue Solutions (AVS), is the UK's only sales and marketing consortium exclusive to academic venues. We have continued to increase our membership year on year demonstrating the importance our consortium has to our venues to represent the academic venue sector within hospitality.

A dedicated venue page on our website: Individual venue pages allows members to feature high quality images, descriptive text, capacity and availability information, special offers, ongoing SEO and acquisition marketing to drive traffic and enquiries.
Professional enquiry service: Highly experienced team of venue consultants to drive conversion into venues; using Gratis for greater exposure and real time reporting. Our proactive approach means we regularly contact clients to win more business for our members. A referral scheme for members helps us keep it in the sector.
Quarterly report with key enquiry stats: You will receive regular reports on the number of views your venue page, plus a summary of the enquiries and conversion you have received.
Marketing: Promotion of your news, offers and blogs on your website and social media. Emails to our buyer database monthly.
Media coverage - press releases and editorial: Working with media to gain more exposure across industry titles and websites.
AVS Knowledge Hub: A dedicated learning hub for best practice, insight, peer support and recruitment. Learn about current marketing trends and in-house research findings.
Educational opportunities with a 20% discount: The Learning and Development Academy is in partnership with Paje Consultancy. The comprehensive programme features a range of key topics that you can choose from and provides a unique environment to network and share experiences with colleagues. Our specialist training company can also offer bespoke training to meet your individual needs.

Note: The membership year is from 1 August to 31 July, the cost of the annual subscription is reduced pro-rata for venue joining during the year. All venues agree to the terms of membership as detailed in the company's Articles of Association included on this page. Six months notice must be given to resign from membership, from the beginning of a membership year.
